In this project, we conceptualized and developed a revenue accounting system, particularly focused on managing international customer revenues and their taxation. The system was designed to hand over preparatory accounting to tax advisors and the tax office.
The accounting solution was developed using the Spring Boot framework in combination with a PostgreSQL database in the AWS cloud.
On the frontend side, we supported the development teams in selecting an appropriate framework and provided training on its use.
Another key part of the project was advising and supporting the team in introducing Kanban to optimize workflows. Finally, we assisted the Product Owner in developing a roadmap to create a clear and actionable strategy for the project.
