Our Story – From the First Line of Code to Today
We are developers by passion – and that was long before we met
in 2015 while working together. What brought us together? The
drive to not just build software, but to make it better, leaner,
and more efficient. Over the following years, we evolved in
different directions: cloud architectures, DevOps, modern
software frameworks, agile methodologies, coaching, and
consulting. Each of us gained new experiences, questioned and
optimized processes – always with the goal of connecting
technology and product development even more effectively. In
2020, we came together again. Not by chance, but because we
share the same mindset: software development must be pragmatic,
flexible, and effective. Today, we help companies transform
their ideas into stable, high-performance products – and set up
their teams for long-term success. Because for us, it's not just
about the code, but also about the people behind it.
The Team
Julienne has many years of experience in developing cloud-based
high-load backend applications after completing her degree as an
IT specialist. She advises development teams and project
managers on custom software and cloud architectures. As a
passionate learner, she keeps up with the latest technology
trends. Julienne is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect
(Professional) and a Certified Microsoft Professional.
Kristina studied media informatics and design. She has many
years of experience in frontend development for websites,
complex browser, and desktop applications. Kristina is an
Angular expert, proficient in React and Vue.js, and coaches
development teams on the complexities of these frameworks. She
combines top-level expertise in CSS with a deep understanding of
usability and a keen eye for user interfaces. Kristina is a
Certified Scrum Master and has fully embraced the Agile
philosophy.
Hans-Christian has over 20 years of experience in building and
leading software development teams. He can explain complex
processes and system architectures in simple terms. With his
ability to understand and challenge complex topics, he advises
CEOs, departments, and development teams. He not only
understands the challenges of the cloud but also traditional
on-premise architectures. Hans-Christian is a Certified Scrum
Master.
